- The ME+ diary has been enhanced to include the ability to do eligibility checks straight from the diary and to also check the last eligibility check that was done for a patient directly from the diary.
- The audit control function that runs in the background of ME+ has been enhanced to record the add, change and deletes that have happened on any accounts or patients in ME+ by user account.
- The ICD10 codes now carry down to each transaction line.
- ME+ now displays which generic medicines forms part of a required formulary, and notes if the item is in stock.
- You are now able to print mail merge letters from the account or patient screen, for the selected account or patient only.

- Batch statement e-mail. You can either e-mail statements to patients or medical aids. If there is a large amount of statements to be mailed to a particular medical aid, the e-mails are then grouped in batches to manage the potential load on your e-mail facility.
- The statement attached to the e-mails is now in PDF format.
- There has been an enhancement to the account functions to be able to redistribute liability by date range. For example, you are able to make any accounts that are over 90 days and medical aid liable, patient liable instead.
- Repeat scripts have been enhanced to allow for dosage, ICD10 code, authorization numbers and chronic/acute option to stay the same each time the items on the script are dispensed.
- A utility has been created to write-off a specific rand value as bad debt on all accounts. For example, any outstanding transactions more than 120 days and less then R5 can be written off.
- Medicine and dependant labels are now able to be printed using thermal printers. Specifically the Zebra and Argox models.
- The diary has been enhanced again to be able to view multiple resources on the same screen.

Mastermed has been focussed on the development and piloting of the new Switch interface called SwitchOn. This new interface is now available to our Mastermed clients.
