The Mastermed Support Team

Over the past 3 years Mastermed clients have been able to phone in to the Med-e-Mass Call Centre. During this time they would have become familiar with the names and voices of the agents who support the product. We have included more information on each of them and hope you get to know the team better….

Suhail Bhoola

Suhail Bhoola has been with the Call Centre for 4 years and provides service on a wide range of the Med-e-Mass product set. He has been supporting Mastermed for the past 2 years. Suhail has achieved various qualifications including certifications as an MCSE and A+. He is currently studying towards a National Diploma in Management. Suhail is motivated by a desire to help build a service culture that is not just the best, but legendary.Donny Mbow

 

Donny Mbowane has been with the Call Centre for 3 years and has been supporting Mastermed for 2 of those years. He is a highly qualified individual and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria. Donny puts his effort into creating an environment in which our customers enjoy the finest service.

Riaan de CruzRiaan de Cruz has 10 years experience in supporting our clients. During this time he has built up a reputation as being fiercely dedicated to resolving all client issues. Although Riaan is relatively new to supporting Mastermed he brings with him a wealth of experience, which will allow him to deliver to the same high standards that so many satisfied clients have experienced. Riaan’s philosophy on customer service goes as follows: “I strive to build a relationship with every customer I speak to. I believe they can hear the sincerity and the desire to help them in my voice. Excellent customer service comes from a trusting relationship.”

Mzingaye Tshuma

Mzingaye Tshuma has been with the Call Centre for 2 years and with Med-e-Mass for 4 years. Mzi (as he is known) has built up a great deal of knowledge and experience during this time. He is deeply committed to the principles of delivering the best customer service and had this to say : “I approach each day with the thought that our customers are not dependent on us, but we are dependent on them. The customers are not outsiders to our business and nor are we outsiders to theirs, but we are very much in a partnership.”

Zelda Janse van Vuuren

Zelda Jansen van Vuuren has 5 years experience in supporting a range of Med-e-Mass products. She has been with the Call Centre for a year now and has taken up supporting Mastermed. Over the years she has proven herself to be an excellent technician – both in the field and on the phone. Zelda believes that Customer Service is not just a department, but an attitude.

Moshe Rasetsoke

Moshe Rasetsoke has been supporting Mastermed since 2005. He has a Diploma in Information Technology, which has helped him gain a deep understanding of the system and what is required to resolve any problems that may arise. Moshe is a firm believer in the old adage that every customer should be treated as the most important customer.
