Changes to the Med-e-Mass National Call Centre phone system pays off well!

In our last newsletter, we reported on some changes to the call centre phone system. I have been monitoring the results very closely since the changes have been made and have seen a drastic reduction in the waiting times (if any) experienced by callers when making use of the 0860 98 00 98 phone number. I understand the frustration clients feel when having to phone any call centre and have to wait for long periods before receiving assistance. This is something that we're striving to eradicate or, at the very least, minimize to an acceptable level - while at the same time striving to improve the nature of the support we offer you.
