It is with great excitement that we enter the fourth quarter of the year with a giant leap. Spring has sprung, summer is here and brings with it change, rejuvenation and new life. For us at Med-e-Mass, the previous quarter has brought about great change and new developments have come to the forefront. Not only are we in the process of launching the newer and better ME+ 2.0 but we are also in full swing with installations of Elixir Dental and our Credit and Debit Card Solution.

It is with great excitement that we announce a unique agreement with Edcon whereby we are authorised to enable you, our client, as an Edcon merchant thereby allowing you to accept any of the Edcon authorised cards i.e. Edgars, Jet etc. Details can be found in the newsletter or on our website.

If that is not enough all our training courses have been updated, revamped and improved. As you may know each regional office has a fully equipped training centre where you can go to learn about practice administration.

Our marketing and business focus in 2008 is “Development, a progression from a simpler to a more advanced, mature or complex state by expanding, enlarging or refining”. By listening to our clients needs and making allowances for the development of practice specific management software we have made great progress with Elixir Dental, which was specifically developed to create an easy workflow process for any Dental practice, regardless of size.

Elixir Dental to me was the perfect example of how constant development and change can evolve something from one thing to another. Our dental clients currently on Elixir Dental find the programme suitable to their needs with the extra functionality built into it.
