
Changes to the Med-e-Mass National Call Centre phone system
As of 9 June 2008, we have implemented some changes to the phone system at the Med-e-Mass National Call Centre. The major change is essentially a re-organization of the options presented when calling 0860 98 00 98.
The new set of options allows the caller to choose between Admin/Licensing queries and Support queries.
The Admin/Licensing option is meant to handle queries around the issuing of licences for Elixir, Mastermed, Mass, Medit, Ultimate Medix, Labnet, Dentinet and Multidoc.
Licensing for ME+ and Med2000 will continue to be handled by each regional office.
The Support option will route the call to a support consultant. However, changes have been made to the numbering of each option. Please advise the users in your practice to familiarize themselves with the new set up.
