Data Backup Requirements
Any commercially available data backup software can be purchased and used. Med-e-Mass Support Consultants can assist users in pre-setting and defining backup procedures that will suite their individual needs.
Network Requirements
Mastermed uses the TCP/IP based network protocol. When configuring a Wide Area Network (WAN) server, please take note that a dialup or ADSL connection is required in order to connect to the data server.
Printers
Dot Matrix, Ink-jet or Laser printers can be used directly or on network.
