The AIDS AID project has been set up by the Mooi River Rotary Club, who are working together with local church and community leaders. Whilst we believe that we can do little to prevent AIDS, there is plenty that can be done to provide food, support, and just plain love to those unfortunate human beings and their families that have been devastated by this killer disease.

UNAIDS (United Nations Aids Programme)
The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, UNAIDS, is the main advocate for global action on the epidemic. It leads, strengthens and supports an expanded response aimed at preventing transmission of HIV, providing care and support, reducing the vulnerability of individuals and communities to HIV/AIDS, and alleviating the impact of the epidemic.
