1. You need an ADSL to submit claims via the healthbridge solution.
Any dial-up and faster will enable you to submit claims using the healthbridge claims solution

2. Real time claims are limited to Discovery only.
healthbridge facilitate real-time claims to all medicals aids that are "real time" enabled. More than that, healthbridge also sends in batch to all other medical funders, and even paper claims to the few that need paper claims for internal processing.

3. healthbridge is owned by Discovery and therefore only have their interest at heart.
healthbridge is not owned by Discovery and therefore not limited to what Discovery sees as mission critical. healthbridge ensures a platform for all funders to participate equally and enable them to receive calms as their internal structures allow.

4. The minimum computer specification required by healthbridge would require a practice to upgrade all their hardware.
healthbridge solutions need only a P2 machine to run, however we do suggest later technology to accommodate the PMA. Specifications do however change depending on the volume of claims sent by the practice.

5. healthbridge installations are more cumbersome than that of the competitors.
healthbridge has done extensive research to ensure a pleasant installation in conjunction with your PMA. This development was done with the PMA development team to ensure the fastest installation possible.

6. healthbridge is expensive to use.
healthbridge is very competitively priced and in most instances where real time claims are sent, far better priced than any of our competitors. However, as a company we proud ourselves not just on inexpensive solutions, but on the value that we unlock with our offerings. As such we focus on solutions that enables simply better practice.
